When do the modules open?

You’ll start with Module 0 (Start Here), which opens the moment you enroll and walks you through your onboarding, labs, and what to expect. Then, you’ll unlock Module 1: Gut Healing + Elimination Diet to start laying your foundation for weight loss and inflammation reduction. What platform do you use?

The entire program runs through Practice Better, a HIPAA-compliant portal and app. That’s where you’ll access modules, track food, message me directly, and chat with the group. Coaching calls are on Zoom.

What if I miss a live call?

No stress. All group coaching calls are recorded and uploaded to your portal so you can watch them anytime. Pajamas and rewatches welcome.

How often are the group coaching calls?

We meet every other week for 60–90 minutes. These calls are focused, supportive, and practical—no fluff, no overwhelm. If you submit your questions at least one day in advance, you’ll get hot seat coaching 1:1 with Amy during the live session.

Group coaching calls happen on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 PM MT / 8:30 PM ET, so dinner’s done, kids’ activities are wrapped up, and you can actually focus. Times are subject to change but will always be posted in advance.

What if I have a question and can’t make it to the live call?

Do you tell me what to eat?

How do the 1:1 sessions with Amy work?

You’ll have 3 private sessions with me, spaced every 2 months.
